Allaah the Exalted sent his Messenger Muhammad (Sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) with the guidance and the religion of the truth, as a mercy to the creation, an example for doers of good, and a proof upon the whole of mankind. Through him, and what was revealed to him – namely the Book and the Wisdom – Allaah explained to mankind everything which contained betterment and firmness for worshippers with regards to their religious and wordly affairs; such as sound beliefs, righteous conduct, virtuous morals and sublime ethics. Indeed, the Prophet (Sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) left his nation upon:
”A Clear Path, Its night is like its day; no one deviates from it except that he is destroyed”
This (path) was traversed upon by the nation (Ummah) that responded to Allaah and his Messenger – they being the best of creation – the Companions, their Followers and those who followed them in goodness. They established his Sacred Law (sharee’ah) and clung firmly to His guidance, his beliefs manners and morals, thereby becoming that party that will never cease to be victorious upon the truth, not being harm by those who seek to harm or oppose them, until the commandment of Allaah comes and they are like that.
So we – and all praise is for Allaah – are following in their footsteps and, supported by the Book and the Sunnah, are guided by the their examples. We state this only by way of proclaiming the bounty of Allaah the Exalted and by way of clarifying what every Muslim should be upon. We ask Allaah the Exalted to strengthen and our Muslim brothers with a firm statement, in both this world and in the Hereafter, and that he grants us mercy from Himself, for indeed He is the Bestower. 1
Most deviant groups often believe innovated practices (BIDAH) as if they are objective facts about the Islam. However, those innovations has no place or resonance in Islam, while facts has a correct answer. We see statements of such facts has a clear understanding and without any ambiguity in it, especially with matters of faith in Islam.
Moreover, we even see as long as such deviant groups are unshakeable with their (Bid’ah) innovative practices they continue to invest their resources in fighting others rather than searching for a middle way i.e. healthy sceptism of true believer of identifying what is right and wrong. Once an misguided cult accepts that his false beliefs can be shifted by factors beyond his awareness and control, maybe they become less attach to that and tries to threaten the true and collective belief of Ahlu-Sunnah (People of Sunnah) i.e. Tawheed (ISLAMIC MONOTHEISM).
The primary purpose of this blog is to point out that false strategies of deviant groups are not the only one’s worthy of study rather it will dispel confusions and give greater clarity. In addition, the amount of resources and effort put into to promote the false ideologies is far greater than that put into correct beliefs. It is the due to the important of this topic and the fact that I have decided to prepare this blog.
